Thank you for your interest in Enchanted Mirror, and our custom made Timeless Finery! We are based in Kentucky, USA, with affiliate offices now in Phoenix, and the United Kingdom. Most of our clothing items are designed here, and created by our seamstresses and milliner (hat maker). We do not use commercial "patterns" for creating our finery, it is all original concept and design, crafted from photos of Stevie Nicks' original costumes. You will not find anything like our creations, anywhere else. The design is sketched from photos of Stevie's own, then the concept and creation begins. It is very exciting to duplicate some of the most fabulous creations in the World! We can create basically anything and everything Stevie has ever worn, able to be custom ordered! If you don't see it here, please E-Mail us with your concept or photo, and there is a good chance we can create a duplicate for you!

ALL Of our items are CUSTOM MADE or OUTSOURCED. NONE are premade and on hand to ship. Shipping/Custom creation Info/Message from Barbara: Please allow ample time for shipment of some items that are either custom crafted per order. All of our custom clothing is created per order, by myself, Barbara, or by our wonderful seamstresses or Milliner, or our fabulous vendors and jewelers. If you need something sooner, for a concert, party, etc. Please let me know, and depending on fabric availability, and what you are ordering, I may very well be able to accommodate your request! I always do my best to get your items created and shipped in as timely a manner as I can. Sometimes certain fabrics for capes & shawls are imported from other countries, and may take 3-4 weeks, or longer, to complete. Some hand cut jewelry items may also take up to 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on the jeweler's schedule. We do NOT carry ANYTHING "on hand" or "in stock"... But some items CAN be made and shipped same day in urgent orders, but some cannot.

Payment Options: We are happy to be set up to take your payment online, via PayPal. We do not accept credit card orders over the phone, via e-Mail, or any other method but via PayPal. PayPal is the free & safe #1 online merchant service, and easy to use! You simply go to their site: PAYPAL fill out your name and basic info, type in your desired credit card for the purchase, they send you a confirmation email, and you are ready to order from the Enchanted Mirror! Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Electronic Check, all of those are accepted here, via PayPal. Or you mail in a money order, eMail for the store's shipping address! If you have encountered ANY problems with navigating this site, please email us immediately so we may get your order processed! In business since 1999..., our mission is to provide the best service, and most unique, classy and top quality items for you. We will be adding extra features & exciting new items weekly, over the next few months, so come back regularly.

Refunds/Returns: Due to the nature of my custom work, I cannot accept returns on items, unless it is to be altered due to a mistake in sizing on my part, and I am happy to alter that for free.If you have a fabulous item that you would like duplicated, skirt, or top, jacket, etc. Please contact me to see if we can make you a new one just like it, perhaps in another colour or fabric?
Please note, there are NO refunds on custom made items, with no exceptions. I will be happy to ALTER an item if I have made the size incorrectly (or the seamstress),
but after you place your order, fabrics/fringe etc is ordered, as well as seamstress payment sent, so your funds have already been used toward creation of your custom order.
We would be out of business soon, if we had custom orders placed, then people changed their minds, and didn't want the item(s) anymore, after fabrics are purchased, and seamstresses are paid.
I also do custom work not listed in the store, such as pet outfits, outfits for people bound to wheelchairs, stage decorations,
infant items, pillows and wall quilts, t-shirt art (vintage t-shirts made into one of a kind pillows, jean jackets, etc.), hand painted tambourines, beaded jewelry, custom embroidered jean jackets, running jackets, etc. Custom appliqués, Gothic-Lolita style pieces,automobile decorative hangings, polymer clay molded fairies, hand fired beads and charms, and much more. About Barbara: The owner of the Enchanted Mirror, Barbara, is a singer for a Stevie Nicks tribute band, "Timeless", and she also performs solo Stevie tribute shows worldwide, "Stevie Nicks Illusions." She also makes ALL of the custom Timeless Finery clothing items, from original designs she creates. She has studied Stevie's style for many years, and her creations are "spot on" duplicates. She has made her own stage wear since 1994. She is a professional self taught seamstress and designer, and is proud to have customers world wide, wearing her creations.
