Peggy Rocks Out At Stevie's Concert

When I got the call from Peggy, she was such a delight. She explained she was attending the Stevie concert, in Red Rocks, Colorado in May. She wanted to know if I could make her a special Rhiannon top and skirt, as Miss Peggy is in a wheelchair. I told her I would be MOST pleased to, and proceeded to create a one of a kind outfit just for her of black lace and chiffon, that she wore to the concert. I think she looks SO beautiful...
